Consignee/ Consignor Relationship and Customer Service

a. Assess new consignment items to ensure that they are appropriate for selling,
b. Explain seasonal, conditional, and all other requirements to new consigners,
c. Develop relationships with consignors; learn who VIPs are and be aware of how their
accounts are doing.
d. Find out from clients how they heard about the company; why they chose us, and whether
they would recommend us to others.
e. Willingly answer questions from current and prospective consignors.
f. Ensure that all employee policies are adhered to during your scheduled shift, including no
personal shopping or reserving clothes in your name,
g. Provide quality service and the best possible prices to all customers

Product Knowledge and Research
a. Raise the level of customer service by being aware of current fashion labels and trends,
b. Observe shopping trends, prices and merchandising during off-duty time and note any
areas that the company could improve upon in order to maintain its high standards and
position in the market,
a. Share your knowledge of brands and designers with consignors and staff
 

Operations
a. Make sure all sorting and processing of stock is done in a efficient timely manner
b. Weekly and seasonal tasks are accomplished and scheduled out and completed
c. Trade/buyout estimation is done accurately
d. Knowledge on authenticating luxury goods is continually refined and improved
e. Communication is constant with both store and resale managers on stock/situations/VIPs
f. Assist with markdowns as necessary
g. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash-outs
h. Ensure that the consignment area is consistently neat and tidy.
i. Participate in store housekeeping schedule
