Restaurants Canada showcases industry “HEART & HUSTLE” April 10-12 –mocktails, robots, inflation, the labour market and more!

2023 Restaurant industry trends, challenges, and practical solutions – the RC Show 2023 has it all!

In 2022, Statistics Canada reported that Food Services & Drinking Places had double-digit YoY sales increases every month, with a peak of 62% YoY growth for May 2022 and an average of 29.6% each month for January to November. That compares to an average of only 3.9% each month in 2019. Continuing to build back from 2020 and deliver such amazing growth will require tremendous focus, especially while factoring in larger-scale challenges including inflation and our national labour shortage. In 2023, Restaurant industry professionals need to be plugged in like never before.

On April 10-12, the Restaurants Canada “RC Show 2023” will give you the opportunity to do just that!

From food and drink competitions through presentations by industry leaders and influencers to dozens of booths showcasing industry partners – including JRoss Hospitality Recruiters! – the 2023 Restaurants Canada show covers it all. Visit https://rcchrconference.ca/ to learn more and register.
