Description

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic objectives, driving a culture of excellence across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies that maximize profitability, achieve positive cash flow, and ensure sustainable financial health.
  • Maintain high standards of property management and ensure strict compliance with brand standards, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead expansion efforts into emerging and developed markets, including recent acquisitions in the USA, while identifying new opportunities for growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Foster strong relationships with major franchisors and partners to enhance brand visibility, market share, and overall competitiveness in the industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at operational improvements, guest experience enhancement, and innovative service delivery.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics, property maintenance standards, and operational efficiency, making data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior operational role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of multi-brand management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel management principles, brand equity, and revenue generation strategies, supported by a history of successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams while managing complex operational structures effectively.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with a solid background in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
