Description
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Support recruitment, training, and supervision of store staff to maintain high standards in customer service and product knowledge.
- Help drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with the Store Manager to implement improvements.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with the brand’s image and values.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and staff development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a retail environment, with a background in leadership or supervisory roles.
- Passionate about customer service, serving as a role model for the team.
- Proven track record of contributing to sales goals and managing expenses effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage both colleagues and customers.
- Adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
- A problem solver with excellent analytical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Professional certifications, including First Aid, are an asset.
