Description

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, staffing, scheduling, and maintaining high performance standards.
  • Oversee and refine the wine program to align with the restaurant’s vision, optimizing inventory while maintaining its reputation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create exceptional menu and wine pairings that elevate the dining experience.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and purchasing, ensuring operational and wine program goals are met.
  • Train and mentor staff to develop their knowledge of service standards and wine pairings, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve financial, operational, and guest satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or upscale casual environment.
  • Advanced wine knowledge and experience, ideally supported by certifications such as WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to balance operational and wine program responsibilities.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  • A passion for hospitality, guest service, and team development, with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
