Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each business unit within the organization.
  • Serve as a functional leader, integrating marketing efforts across all channels while managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print media.
  • Create and implement a work plan with weekly and monthly targets focused on content development, channel consistency, and strategic communications.
  • Identify public relations opportunities and coordinate activities to enhance the overall marketing communication strategy.
  • Design and produce visuals and copy for various platforms, including websites, media releases, social media, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate market conditions continually and take proactive measures to maintain their competitive edge.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a marketing manager, with expertise in search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and various marketing methods.
  • Extensive understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to exercise discretion, diplomacy, and tact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Open-minded and forward-thinking, demonstrating agility and flexibility with a passion for hospitality.
