They are seeking an exceptional General Manager to oversee and inspire the day-to-day operations of a standout restaurant recognized as one of the country’s best new fine dining restaurants.
As General Manager, you will be the heart and soul of the restaurant, ensuring that every aspect of the operation delivers unparalleled quality and service. Working closely with the front-of-house team, you will create an environment that is both welcoming and refined, ensuring that every guest feels valued and leaves with a memorable experience. You will also act as the face of the restaurant, representing the brand both on-site and in the community. This includes participating in events, building local partnerships, and fostering relationships that enhance the restaurant's reputation and visibility. In this role, you will have full accountability for running a profitable business. Beyond leading daily operations, you will take ownership of key areas such as financial performance, budgeting, inventory management, cost control, and forecasting schedules based on expected business volumes. Your role as General Manager is integral to the overall success of the restaurant, and your leadership will set the tone for both staff and guests alike. This restaurant is dinner operations, thus the schedule is afternoon and evening work. Total compensation of $120-140K, inclusive of tips and a relocation budget is available.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within high-profile or award-winning dining establishments.

- Strong business acumen, with a track record of managing budgets, analyzing business metrics, and controlling costs effectively.
