Description
- One-to-one sales and product demonstration.
- Ensure exceptional standards are achieved and maintained.
- Maximize stock potential through effective merchandising and display standards, promotions and use of Point of Sales materials.
- Ability to up-sell other products and maximize one-to-one sales opportunities.
- To work alongside management, maximize profits, exceed clients' requirements and set an amazing standard of customer service.
- General administration: consultations, returns, repairs, workshops, etc.
- To converse with clients via the use of telephone, email and live chat to drive sales.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of luxury retail sales experience, ideally in jewelry
- Experience liaising with high-end clientele is advantageous
- Confident telephone manner
- Proactive team player
- Problem-solving: employ critical thinking to identify possible solutions
- Flexibility: Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the role
- Have a keen interest in new software and the ability to learn new systems quickly
