Description

  • Create and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Grow and strengthen the client network by articulating the brand's core values and product benefits.
  • Seek out and connect with new business prospects, expanding the brand’s reach in untapped markets.
  • Foster a loyal customer base.
  • Introduce and sell four seasonal collections annually, highlighting top-selling items.
  • Manage all aspects of sales support, including client follow-ups and product line upkeep.
  • Support marketing efforts as needed.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events such as trade shows and trunk shows to increase brand visibility

Requirements

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment with quota-driven expectations.
  • At least three years of experience in wholesale sales or customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Skilled in strategic territory planning and analysis to optimize sales potential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain strong business relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, including active listening.
  • Proficient in sales techniques with a positive approach to client engagement.
  • Strong business acumen, adept negotiation skills, and the ability to influence outcomes effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with regular travel as needed.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Highly adaptable, able to navigate a dynamic work environment effectively.
