Description

  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee and manage the selling environment, including staff adherence to selling floor assignments and ensuring exceptional customer service for each client.
  • Sales Performance Maximization: Drive the team’s success by enhancing product knowledge, coaching on effective selling and clienteling skills, and regularly reviewing individual transaction statistics.
  • Individual Goal Achievement: Support Sales Professionals in achieving their personal sales goals by monitoring suggestive selling efforts and providing timely feedback and guidance.
  • Policy and Procedure Enforcement: Ensure consistent and effective adherence to all company policies, procedures, and operational directives by all team members.
  • Client Outreach and Communication: Develop and execute plans to maintain compliance with thank-you note guidelines, telephone and email outreach goals, and supervise the content of all communications to clients.
  • Leadership by Example: Model brand values and standards, creating a respectful, customer-focused environment that inspires team excellence and aligns with their brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of selling and management experience within a luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in professional sales development, with a strong commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect effectively at all levels within the organization and with their esteemed clients.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a proactive approach to managing teams.
