As the store manager, you will play a pivotal role by overseeing and promoting all aspects of the operations of the business. This includes responsibilities such as buying, pricing, sales, merchandising, loss prevention, staff training, and supervision. They're looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and continuously seeks innovative solutions to enhance the business. Description
- Manage and lead daily operations, ensuring the store meets or exceeds performance targets.
- Implement effective buying strategies to maintain a diverse and attractive product selection.
- Price merchandise competitively to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to create an appealing in-store experience.
- Oversee loss prevention measures and address security concerns promptly.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Foster a positive and lively atmosphere within the stores.
- Act as a brand ambassador and communicate our sustainability message to customers and staff.
- Growth opportunity to develop to General Manager with Oversight of two store locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the retail industry.
